jilibb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibb account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilibb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your jilibb account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the jilibb Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.
